According to Industrial Distribution's 61st Annual Survey of Distributor Operations, distributors are concerned over the available talent pool in the industrial distribution market. More than one out of three (36%) are very concerned that there are not enough qualified and available individuals. Sales jobs are the most difficult positions for distributors to fill, but finding technically-trained workers is also a challenge, the survey says.
