Allied signs Quest

Allied Electronics has signed an agreement to distribute Quest Technology’s new LightStar fiber optic products.

Allied is the exclusive catalog distributor of Quest’s entire LightStar product line, which features new epoxyless field-terminated fiber optic connectors featuring patented impact-mount technology. Quest says LightStar technology eliminates epoxy and offers additional advantages such as quick and easy termination and superior performance even at high.

“Allied customers can now benefit from our expanded offering of innovative fiber optic solutions,” says Scott McLendon, vice president of marketing at Allied, based in Fort Worth, Texas.
