IP hikes specialty paper grades by $60/ton

International Paper has announced to customers that it plans a $60/ton price increase on its coated specialty grades to take effect May 26. The increase applies to such grades as coated one-side label stock, fragrance papers, coated release liners and coated multiwall kraft paper. The RISIinfo.com online subscription newsletter says IP last raised prices on these grades by $60/ton in January.
